Waiting + Nesting = Baking. I haven't baked or really even cooked anything from scratch until now. Todd's grandmother used to make cream cheese cookies and I thought I would give them a shot. I googled the recipe and found this one. I fussed with a cookie press that I have had for over 10 years and never used. I have to say....they came out pretty good. You can find the recipe here.
